Your place in the sun, Costa Blanca, Spain.

We are now welcoming guests to our brand new 3 bedroom townhouse. 

We have two large private sun terraces with furniture, which catch the sun all day long, a covered porch which is lovely for relaxing, reading and eating "Al Fresco". 

The comfortable house has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner with television and cloakroom off. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and is ideal for those with walking difficulties.

Upstairs is the luxury house bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. Ceiling fans in each bedroom are there for your comfort, and with 5 communal pools to choose from, what more could you want?

Bars, restaurants and newsagents with English newspapers are just a 2 minute walk away.

Three local golf courses, including the famous Villamartin (no membership required) are within a 5 minute drive.

The lovely sea-side town of Torrevieja, with extensive shopping, lively nightlife, marina and miles of beautiful sandy beaches along the elegant palm tree-lined promenade, is just a 15 minute drive.

Low cost airlines fly into Murcia airport, which is only 25 minutes by car from the house, and Alicante airport is approximately 50 minutes. Both airports have car hire facilities at reasonable rates.
